The Hilarious, "I'm a PC; I'm a Mac," Ads Continue.....

Apple is back with more of it's famous, "I'm a PC; I'm a Mac" ads. They just released two new ads, as can be seen above and below. These ads are very funny and are one of the many reasons for the Mac's increasing rise in popularity. Of course, some people believe that they are having the opposite effect on another particular OS emanating out of Redmond. However, believe me, any damage done by these brilliantly done ads would be far less,  in comparison, to the actual damage done by the Redmond's OS itself:  for the simple reason - it just doesn't work as advertised!  Certainly, these ads have not helped the other OS, but  whether you agree with all or any of the sediments expressed,  you will at least have to admit that these ads are very cleverly done and a hoot to watch to boot.

I don't know what your favorite, "I'm a PC; I'm a Mac," ad is, but my favorite was the one about all of the bloat from all of the installed "trial" software that OEM's love to cram into their machines; commercial junk that just happens to make owning a new Mac look all the more desirable, as expressed so well in the ad.

Personally,  I have really enjoyed most of the, "I'm a PC; I'm a Mac," ads from the past, as well as the current ones, and no doubt we will all, I believe, be enjoying even more of these funny, witty and clever ads in the future. Well, at least I hope so?

And that's my 2 cents 4 this Wednesday, April 2, 2008.

Am I the first person to read any of these pages?

I certainly appear to be, I haven't seen one yet with even a single comment left. Unless every single comment went against your misguided beliefs and were denied your approval for posting ... how very Apple indeed.

Does your smugness leave any room at all to see through the lies in your beloved Mac ads?

... Do you really believe that the hardware in a Mac actually comes from Apple like the new ads say?

I bet Nvidia and Intel are a bit pissed at that statement, not to mention the dozens of other companies that supply parts to Apple. I bet Dell is laughing. They can use the same lie now that Apple has gotten away with it.

I bet the new companies that are selling their own PC hardware with a copy of Mac OS for the owner to install are making you nervous. The Mac OS EULA can't stop it ... the age of crappy Mac clones has begun!

Maybe none of your Apple buddies have been able to post here ... Their MacBook Air's overheat too fast to get a comment written and posted.

Dear Anonymous. Thanks for your comment. Obviously, we have a different opinion, but that's ok.

As far as Windows goes, I have Windows on my Mac, and I like it. I also have Ubuntu and I love that too! However, I just love OS X better; it's a great OS, but it's not for everyone, as I have said several times before, if only you bothered to looked a little deeper.

This blog is only a practice blog, and since I love OS X, it's mostly about Apple related products. What do you expect: Me to attack Apple?

Also, by the way, I am certainly aware of where the internals for a Mac comes from.

I have left comments on other web sites stating that I am not sure of the clones, but over all I like the idea!

Sadly, only people with a blogger account, or other blog, can comment on blogger, but I do believe many have posted on my blog.

As an Apple blog, I support Apple, just like one baseball team will support their home team over a visiting baseball team from another city, that's all.

At least, when I post comments I don't hide behind an "anonymous" label. You are welcome to your own opinions, but attacking me personally as you did on another comment is one way to get your comment trashed.

So, have a great day and enjoy your Windows machine, because regardless, I sure will continue to enjoy my Mac!
